1. All authors of the accepted papers requested to register to attend the conference. Authors are requested to fill-up the registration form

2. Participants who have no accepted papers can also register to attend the conference as attendees.

3. The fees should be sent net excluding the transfer charges of the Participant's bank.

Papers with less fees will not considered for publication

4. To complete your registration, a copy of Bank Transfer Receipt should sent to us by E-mail (PDF format): editor@usarconferences.org

 

5. The full registration (Technical Paper) includes: coffee breaks, break lunch/ dinner for the two days of the conference, attending all tutorials and technical sessions.

6. The Poster Paper and Extended Abstract Paper registration includes: coffee breaks, lunch, for one day of conference, attending all tutorials and technical sessions.

8. The conference trip which will be organized in the third day of the conference, it will be optional and extra money will be charged from participants who are willing to participate in the trip.

9. Visas are generally required from some nationalities when entering Greece. Participants of USAR CONFERENCES-20 who need Visa, please let us know in the registration form whether you will need a visa or not.
